Important notice: change to our contracting and invoicing entity
Published: 27 September 2026
Effective date: 1 January 2027
We are simplifying the legal and administrative structure of Managed Technology Group Limited.
Managed IT Support Limited and Managed Technology Group Limited are part of the same group. There will be no change to the Managed IT Support team, services, support arrangements or day-to-day contacts as a result of this change.
During the remaining months of 2026, we may move the administration and management of customer accounts to Managed Technology Group Limited. We intend to carry out this administrative migration on or around each customer’s nearest service or product renewal date.
This is an internal operational change only. Any administrative migration completed during 2026 will not, by itself, change the customer’s legal contracting or invoicing entity.
Managed IT Support Limited will remain the legal contracting entity;
invoices will continue to be issued by Managed IT Support Limited; and
existing contractual terms, services, pricing and payment arrangements will remain unchanged unless we notify the customer separately.
With effect from 1 January 2027, customer contracts and account responsibility will transfer from Managed IT Support Limited to Managed Technology Group Limited.
From this date, Managed Technology Group Limited will become the contracting and invoicing entity for the services previously provided and invoiced by Managed IT Support Limited.
Customers will therefore begin seeing Managed Technology Group Limited on invoices, statements, contracts and other financial or administrative communications issued from 1 January 2027.
This is a change to our internal legal and administrative structure. It will not affect:
the Managed IT Support brand;
the people providing your services;
your usual support contacts;
the services you receive;
your existing renewal dates; or
your agreed pricing and service terms, unless we notify you separately.
No immediate action is required.
Before the first invoice is issued by Managed Technology Group Limited, we will provide any information customers may need to update their supplier records, payment arrangements or accounting systems.
Customers who pay by Direct Debit or a card held on file do not need to take any action. Existing payment instructions will continue, and there is no need to complete a new Direct Debit mandate or resubmit card details. The receiving account will be updated through our back-office payment systems.
Customers who pay by BACS or standing order may be asked to update the bank account to which payments are sent. We will continue operating both Managed IT Support Limited and Managed Technology Group Limited bank accounts for the foreseeable future, so existing payments will continue to be received during the transition.
We will contact affected customers directly if payment details need to be updated. Please verify any request to change bank details using our established contact information before making the change.
If you have any questions about this transition or need information for your accounts team, please contact us:
Thank you for your continued business and support.
