How to manage billing and payment methods
All billing for your Managed Web services is handled in the client portal.
View and pay invoices
- Log in to the client portal.
- Go to Billing › My Invoices.
- Open an unpaid invoice and choose a payment method to pay it.
Add or update a payment card
- Go to Billing › Payment Methods.
- Click Add New Card or select an existing card to update or remove it.
- Set your preferred card as the default so renewals are taken automatically.
Update your billing address
Click your name in the top-right corner and choose Edit Account Details. Invoices use these details, so include your company name and VAT number if needed.
Avoid service interruptions
Services that aren't renewed by their due date can be suspended. Keep a valid default payment method on file, and make sure your account email address is current so invoice reminders reach you.
