How to open a support ticket

How to open a support ticket

You can raise a support ticket in two ways.

Option 1: Managed Web client portal

  1. Log in to the client portal.
  2. Open the Support menu and click Open Ticket.
  3. Choose the relevant department, enter a clear subject and select the related service.
  4. Describe the issue and attach screenshots if they help, then submit.

Option 2: Our help centre

Submit a ticket from our help centre by choosing Submit a Ticket and filling in the form with the email address registered on your account.

Help us help you faster

Include as much of the following as you can:

  • The domain or email address affected
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead
  • Any error messages (copy the text or attach a screenshot)
  • When the problem started and anything that changed around that time
  • Steps you've already tried

Replies are emailed to you and are also visible in your client portal. Please reply to the same ticket rather than opening a new one, so all the history stays together.
