How to set up an out of office reply in Roundcube

  1. Log in to webmail and open Roundcube.
  2. Go to Settings › Autoresponders (from the webmail home screen) or Settings › Out of Office if shown in Roundcube.
  3. Click Add Autoresponder and write your subject and message.
  4. Set a start date/time and a stop date/time so the reply switches off automatically when you're back.
  5. Save.

Send yourself a test from another address to make sure the reply is working, and remember to check the stop date.
