To receive email in Google Workspace, point your domain's MX records to Google.
Step 1: Verify your domain
Google gives you a TXT record to prove you own the domain. Add it in cPanel under Zone Editor › Manage › Add Record (type TXT), then click verify in Google's set-up.
Step 2: Set email routing
In cPanel, open Email Routing, select your domain, choose Remote Mail Exchanger and click Change.
Step 3: Replace the MX records
In Zone Editor › Manage, delete the existing MX records and add Google's. For newer Workspace accounts this is a single record:

Older accounts may use five records (ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM and alternatives). Use whichever Google shows in your admin console.
Step 4: Update SPF
Edit your SPF TXT record to include Google, for example:
v=spf1 +a +mx include:_spf.google.com ~all
Then set up DKIM in the Google admin console and add the TXT record it gives you.
