How to log in to cPanel

How to log in to cPanel

cPanel is the control panel for your Managed Web hosting. From it you manage your website files, email accounts, databases, DNS and more.

Option 1: Through the client portal (recommended)

  1. Log in to your Managed Web client portal.
  2. Go to Services › My Services and select your hosting package.
  3. Click Login to cPanel.

You're signed straight in, without needing a separate cPanel password.

Option 2: Directly

Go to either of these addresses in your browser:

Log in with the cPanel username and password from your hosting welcome email. Your server hostname is also in that email (see How to find your server hostname).

Can't log in?

  • Reset your cPanel password from the client portal (see How to change your hosting account password).
  • Repeated failed logins can temporarily block your IP address. Wait 15 minutes, or raise a ticket and we can unblock it.
  • If your domain isn't pointed at us yet, use the server hostname address instead of your domain.
